Princess Lucy's Choccie Tea Biscuits
1¼
cups Vegetable shortening
2/3 cups
sugar
1 teaspoon
vanilla
pinch
of salt
½ cup
unsweetened Cocoa powder (no substitutes)
2 cups
flour
Preheat
oven to 350° F (176°C)
Cream
shortening, sugar and vanilla together. Add dry ingredients. Mix
well.
Form
into balls.
Place
on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° F (176°C) for 20
minutes.
Cool
completely, then dust lightly with powdered sugar.
