Matt's Baked Halibut with Creole Sauce


3 lbs. Halibut
1 small onion, coarsely chopped
1 large green bell pepper, coarsely chopped
2 celery sticks, chopped
1 large can of diced tomatoes (do not drain).
½ teaspoon Cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon Hot Pepper Sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Salt & Pepper to taste



  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C)
  2. Spray baking pan with non-stick cooking spray
  3. Place fish in baking pan, sprinkle with Salt, Pepper, & Lemon Juice
  4. Mix all the remaining ingredients together in a small mixing bowl and pour over fish.
  5. Cover pan with aluminum foil...bake for 45 minutes to one hour.
