sticks butter (NO
SUBSTITUTES … USE ONLY BUTTER)
½
cup sugar
2
cups flour
Raspberry
or Strawberry Jam (*)
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
- Cream butter and sugar together until fluffy
- Add flour – mix well
- Roll into small balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet
- Make a small hole in each ball and fill with jam
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes
NOTE:
COOKIES DO NOT GET BROWN

You may use any kind of jam. DO
NOT
use jelly or preserves.
