Kathy's Tea Biscuits




2 sticks butter (NO SUBSTITUTES … USE ONLY BUTTER)
½ cup sugar
2 cups flour
Raspberry or Strawberry Jam (*)


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
  2. Cream butter and sugar together until fluffy
  3. Add flour – mix well
  4. Roll into small balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet
  5. Make a small hole in each ball and fill with jam
  6. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes

NOTE: COOKIES DO NOT GET BROWN

(*) You may use any kind of jam. DO NOT use jelly or preserves.
