Butter Biscuits (Butter Cookies)





2 sticks butter (NO SUBSTITUTES … USE ONLY BUTTER)
½ cup sugar
2 cups flour



  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
  2. Cream butter and sugar together until fluffy
  3. Add flour – mix well
  4. Roll into small balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet
  5. Flatten slightly with spatula (not too thin)
  6. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes

NOTE: COOKIES (Biscuits) DO NOT GET BROWN
