SUBSTITUTES … USE ONLY BUTTER)

cup sugar

cups flour
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
- Cream butter and sugar together until fluffy
- Add flour – mix well
- Roll into small balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet
- Flatten slightly with spatula (not too thin)
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes
NOTE:
COOKIES (Biscuits) DO NOT GET BROWN
